Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of spray tanning services and skincare products, all services, memberships, and retail product purchases are final sale. Ace of Sprays does not offer refunds or exchanges on completed services, prepaid packages, memberships, or opened products. If you experience any concerns with your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and address the situation appropriately.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive their deposit back.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
No-shows or same day cancellations are non-refundable.
Clients arriving late may need to reschedule depending on appointment availability.
